Thank you so much for sharing your story ❤I also have ptsd and am an addict. It is so nice to hear a story of someone else going through the same and knowing I’m not alone. Thank you very much this is some of the best content on utube thank you for this wonderful channel Ian Nick!! 🎉❤😊

Ian, you rock, dude, seriously ✌ You have the best guests, you not only listen, you hear what your guests are saying, and that comes from being an empath! You don't interrupt, that is awesome!!! You make your guests comfortable to share their hearts so bravely and transparently! That is a skill of a stellar interviewer, along with the other qualities I've mentioned above. If no one told you "great job" lately, I'm telling you ✌ 😁 👍!!! Brandon, keep on keeping on 💪 thank you for helping others, but especially, yourself! Your daughter and son, family and friends know you're worth it! You're a great example to so many❤

The hospital fucked up big time, they’re lucky you didn’t sue them. Another great interview! FF don’t get enough credit for what they do through and how much it takes a toll in your mental health

The average person has no idea how physically hard being a firefighter is.. from experience it’s like going to hell to help somebody else. And imagine how many guys do it as a volunteer and get absolutely zero gain while we got people getting federal checks for being fuckin fat or lazy. Hopefully any other people with experience in the area can chime in

Sounds like he has always had his mind on things and committed to what he wanted, but from trauma and ptsd he turned to masking it. I fave friends and family that were/are Frefighters, emt, police and they all have trouble from to time.

I tried suboxone recreationally once and it was absolutely horrible. It felt like withdrawals and just the worst, nothing at all like a normal opiate to me but I didn’t have a killer tolerance or anything either just used to OC’s. I got mad at my dealer and he cut me off.

When was this young man a fireman? He said he graduated in 2010 if I’m correct? If you are 15,16,17 it’s called explorer. No way are they taking a young kid to a fire, accident. No experience no nothing he touches a person fire department is screwed and will have a huge lawsuit. Again not sure if I misheard something. I wish this young man nothing but good luck!! Seems like a great young man!!!
