  As a 51 year old man,I can take a lot from this. You don&apos;t necessarily have to be in your twenties or younger. &nbsp; &nbsp;What master Shi is giving is life advice. &nbsp;You can only listen and hope to understand and take what you can from it. &nbsp; &nbsp;Respect and thanks.

  This vid changed my life. &nbsp;Devastated with terrible news from doctors, I was in deep depression and questioned why I should keep going. &nbsp;This helped me to remember that life is impermanent and everything in life is impermanent, and that I need to be able to let go of things or I’m just going to be angry all the time.

  Please do more. Just his voice is calming me down. Helps me to slow down. Narrows down my focus. There&apos;s something magical, humbling, and original about his voice. I would love to have more hours of his talk.

  at 24 I feel like i’ve already failed in life. Been out of college for 3 years no job in my field, working at fedex, car repossessed, bad habit of gambling. I want to change before I really look back and don’t recognize myself. The first step is self acknowledging my mistakes. I have to now learn patience consistency and discipline. Stop rushing my journey and accept everything with this beautiful opportunity of life. Love this information as it will lead to my great reset ❤ anyone going through anything…. it will get better. No feeling is permanent, set goals and work towards it simple.

  I am fully going with ancient teachings now. Right at beginning of this interview where the Master explains that he is taking away from the student instead of adding something, resonates with me deeply. I only discovered his teachings few days ago, but already feel inner shine increasing. Good stuff.
