I suffer from PTSD in the Marine Corps. When I get the money, I want to travel to meet this Shaolin Master! Thank you Shi Heng Yi!

The more I listen to Shi Heng Yi the more I realise that he is a gatekeeper in my daily schedule. I wake up in the morning and before I go to bed in night I go straight to one of the Mulligan videos to stretch my mind open a little more than yesterday. Thank you✨

The Shaolin Master versus 1,000 inner battles. Can't get tired of listening to him. Taoism is the hidden gem of the world.

This literally saved me, i lost both my parents at a young age, chose drugs to numb myself since I was 13. I'm 29 now and when I listen to you it's the balance I've been seeking. I am blessed to hear your wisdom, you explain where others don't. Ive been clean and more open for 3 weeks, my old bestfriends are checking on me more, my family that has been out of my life are back, i feel like i have a fire bigger than i ever had. Thank you Master.

Such wise words but always easier said than done. Sometimes all you can do is keep pushing regardless of how dark things are. Eventually you find a way out.
My problem had been I put my faith in others, giving them control over my life, when in all reality I was more than capable of being my own savior.
Manifesting your reality does work though.
Thank you again for sharing your wisdom.
