I love the idea of painting places instead of just taking pictures, not only does it really set in the vivid memories of going to that place, it's also a snapshot of how You the artist saw that place
it's so lovely oml

For once, my mom watched an episode of this with me! 🥰

I was watching this in the kitchen, and she was making herself breakfast. I was still at the beginning of the video where Bingying was showing her sketchbooks to you two and she kept coming back over and over to see because she was so fascinated with how it looked. She watched the entire video with me as well as asking me questions about the medium and materials. She's Latino so English isn't her first language, but she absolutely LOVED the artwork! 🥰

I'm glad I was able to show her something that was one of my interests ☺️

I honestly like how 9 times out of 10 daidus doesn't even know what he's doing with the water colors, and yet he still does great, and practically takes to it like a squid to water. Water color might be the art medium that he goes fastest in, making him able to finish almost as fast as Emily.
