  Tbh this is the first video I watched where they went back to the test kitchen post Covid, post the 2020 scandal/exodus. It almost feels like stepping into an alternative universe seeing all these unfamiliar faces in this very familiar physical space. Almost like going back to your old high school: the place is still the place, but the people you made those fond memories with are all gone. A strange feeling. (That said still good to see good old Brad, Chris and some new faces though!)

  Props to Chris’ low-key shoutout to sandwich structure. Nothing’s worse than spending all that time putting together the perfect breakfast sandwich only for all of your ingredients to slip out when you take the first bite.

  I made the tofu scramble that Chrissy made this morning and it was BOMB. I&apos;m not a vegetarian/vegan and this was the sandwich that gave me the most curiosity. Thank you for sharing nonmeat options seem appetizing!

  Made Rachel&apos;s Indian Style omelet because, for once in my life, I had all the ingredients in the fridge. These eggs are a game changer. The perfect spicy kick for my morning 🤩
