  There is a silly tech with sonar potion where if you don&apos;t like the previewed fish, you can flick the shift key (which switches your selected item for a fraction of a second, instantly cancelling your fishing state) and then cast the fishing rod again. This allows you to cancel the bobbing animation if you have a good reaction time, massvely boosting your fishing efficiency
