Mr. Bird always wins my hearth 🙂.

I have been to Kyoto on my first 2 trips to Japan in 2017 and 2019. I loved it, especially the rather unknown gardens, temples and shrines, but now I think it has really become so overtouristed, that I dont longer want to go there. Luckily, there are still so many other beautiful places to visit in Japan. Like we did this March, with 4 weeks in Tohoku.

what type of room is this ?

If you paid the cheapest 8000yen, that's very good price. The $68/ night hotel I stayed in Kyoto was terrible 😭. 30000 💴 is definitely not worth it😂😂😂
