  3 years of separation and I’ve worked through all of these stages. Last year I took my focus off of the marriage and asked the Lord to show me my calling for His kingdom. And he showed me and confirmed it and I learned, grew, and became activated in my calling. And I’ve been completely transformed in the process. Also sometimes God will ask you to do something that seems crazy like building and ark when there has never been rain. But he’s already gone before us and knows why he’s telling us to do it. So obey and submit to Him and He will make your crooked paths straight. Something I thought was awkward and minimal turned out to be the door opening for breakthrough. Learn to hear the voice of the good Shepard, He will lead you into righteousness.

  I’ve been standing in separation for almost 10 months. I truly believe God is doing a transformation in both of us and restoring our marriage.

  I love your videos, and how they are rooted in the word. I have an in-house prodigal and I believe the Lord has asked me to stand for my marriage and have done so for 2 years now. I would love to hear some more examples of how you have done these 7R&apos;s in your stand and subsequent restored marriage. Thank you.

  I have been divorced for 16 years. My husband had an affair and is still with her to this day. I learned to let it go. I felt like I was such horrible person for at least five years. I look back on it, my mother died peacefully, then my father died from multiple myeloma (absolutely horrible!) 3 months before my father died, my daughter was life flown three months before my father died and then my other daughter had her appendix out one week before he died. He was having an affair the entire time. I got angry but it seems to be a work in progress. I don’t think much about him much at all anymore but I pray for both of them. Yes, blessings for them ❤

  This is solid. I’ve listened to it 3 times already. Was your husband in an affair? How do you handle affairs? So much of what you said here clicks more than anything has recently.

  I’m having a hard time understanding how to not tolerate sin while also being of a meek and quiet spirit as a wife. Like how do you do both? I’m struggling with this a lot because I was a very very contentious wife, while my husband has been his own disaster, my behavior still contributed to the breakdown and to his sin. Not taking ownership of his sin, but rather trying to remain in my own lane and see the part I played. But now I’m like okay how do I not tolerate sin without worldly boundaries, while being of a quiet and meek spirit.
