  Rough part is the cost per kWh. You can get a 16kWh 48v battery for about the same price of one of the 4kWh for this system. The other costs are in line.

  I do like the MC4 connectors to the batteries. You do want to be extra careful to make sure you can&apos;t short out the terminals on a high voltage system, and those connectors should help a lot with that.

  Looks like a great start. But man, not being able to control my own firmware updates is a real downside.

  I wish I could afford one of those inverters. It would be so nice to have it outside. Keep the fan noise and the heat dump outside. Apparently this inverter doesn&apos;t have fans, but the inverters I have now sure have loud fans.
