<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GDd8taTfeM0&t=2410">40:10</a> a couple of grand helios perks that you didn't mention:<br>* separate security right in the lobby for entering epic - no standing in line with everyone else, including the guests from any other universal hotel.<br>* let's say it's pouring outside. as you enter the hotel from epic, there is staff standing in the entryway, handing out all the towels you could possibly need to dry off.<br>it doesn't hurt that flora taverna is probably the best restaurant on any universal property

I have stayed at the Hard Rock, Portafino and Sapphire hotels. My favorite is Hard Rock,I love it. It was cozy and private, above all you can鈥檛 beat the distance to the original parks.

My family and I just stayed at Portofino in May. Jared, you said there arnt any elevators and you have to lug your luggage around stairs. Maybe something changed since you last went, but there were elevators attached to the garage near where you wait for the buses. Maybe you were referring to having to lug them a fair distance to get to an elevator?

Staying at Surfside on my upcoming solo trip due to the fact it is 85 a night most nights with my passholder discount. I'm sure that the signature hotels are amazing stays but 85 a night average vs 400 for those is hard to justify. The cost savings is pretty much the entire rest of my budget over the 10 days I'll be there and I don't buy express anyways. Express isn't "free" at those hotels. It is merely baked into the price. At a discounted price, yes, but calling it free is marketing fluff Universal uses.

Question for you guys, we are staying at Sapphire for 5 nights then Stella Nova for 2 then back to Sapphire for 7. Finishing 3 in Royal Pacific. Can Sapphire store our luggage and we just take a travel bag ?

Cabana is not at the bottom tier. It's a prime value which is one tier above. Only endless summer is the value hotel.
