I'm glad that you saw Trading Places first, because almost everyone else overlooks the Duke Brothers cameo.

Is NOBODY going to mention that Madge Sinclair, the Queen, is also the voice of Sarabi, Simba's mother, next to James Earl Jones' Mufasa?

I love the way the dad is written
He's built up all movie to love money, yet the minute his daughter is involved there's not enough money in the world
Plus, he held his ground against Darth Vader himself. Not a lot of people can say that

‘Money perfume’ is the best thing I’ve ever heard. I’m going to use that in Chiang Mai.

The king is James Earl Jones, who was Darth Vader's voice and the voice of Mustafa in the Lion King. The guy who tried to rob the McDowells is Samuel Jackson, the black gangster in Pulp Fiction. Eddie Murphy's servant is Arsenio Hall, who was famous in the US for having his own late night talk show.
