  One of the things I really appreciate USF4 for is that Dan got rebalanced into a non joke character. That Dan kick pressure and Air Dan Kick mobility was super cheesy and actually made him fun to play

  The only reason anyone remember Dudley was because smug popularized him.. mad combos mad setups.. mad mad reaction.. he became the moyour of duff city.. respect man.. the only person in sf4 that played Dudley one one.. no one even bothered to pick him up.. mad respect for smug..

  Might be kinda controversial, but SF4 is easily my favorite Street Fighter game and probably one of the best FGs out there to me. Might be because I developed an interest in (competitive) fighting games around the time when SF4 vanilla came out, and that interest only grew over the years as new editions of SF4 released. This was my main game for a hell of a long time, and all my experiences at local tournaments and such stem from this game kicking it all off for me. Yeah, I&apos;m a dirty &apos;09er.

  The S in Saikyo also stands for S-Tier so for that matter I think you should move Dan up to the top.
