  Does anyone else get an ominous feeling after several hours of shiny hunting the same pokemon and not getting it that you're somehow doing it wrong and you'll never get it? it's like an annoying pestering in your head, like I KNOW I'm doing it right, but what if I'm not?

  As someone who found TWO SHINY ALPHA SALAMENCES, THREE SHINY ALPHA LOPUNNYS, ONE SHINY ALPHA SWABLU, AND THREE SHINY FENNEKIN before a single shiny Noibat... I understand the pain.

  Shinies saving when despawned is the single best feature in this game and was probably a direct response to all the people who failed a shiny by having it spawn behind them as they walk far enough to despawn it.

  “I just wanted a shiny swablu”<br><br>Me and my friend getting tooo many of them while trying to get that shiny fox. He still hasn’t managed it, I’ve gotten a few including an alpha but I’m still looking for that female alpha one. <br><br>We’ve gotten every other shiny in this zone plenty of times.

  It really feels like the game knows what you&apos;re &nbsp;hunting for and decides not to give it to you until you get everything that&apos;s &nbsp;not what you want. 8hrs for fennikin and I got 2 weedles, an alpha kakuna, a salamance, a loppuny, a swablu, 2 altarias, a noibat, a trubbish and an eevee before it gave me the fennikin.

  Scarlet and Violet fooled us all into thinking Swablu and Altaria were the easiest shinies to find.

  I&apos;ve been hunting for that Shalpha Salamence since the game came.out. grinded for the shiny charm for it and found every other shiny in that area. Still no Shalpha Salamence. My friend found it twice within 20 minutes
