Howdy, Infinite Fusion spriter here! Big fan of your channel and it's really cool to see you covering PIF: Hoenn. Just a few things!
1. Nincada actually is in the first version of Hoenn, so you can get a completely busted Shedinja in-game. I personally think it's way more fun not to go for the low hanging fruit, though :)
2. After beating the third gym, you can unlock a new game+ randomizer mode, meaning you can effectively get any of the 576 pokemon if you're lucky enough. I'm not sure if new game+ qualifies for the sake of this, but it's worth mentioning.
3. You best believe I'm spriting that Medicham/Crobat right away. If there's any other unsprited fusions you have ideas on, let me know!

Really funny that you can see which Pokemons are more beloved by the community by their alternative sprite count

The name "MediBat" just makes me want a baseball bat with a legally-distinct red cross on it.

every one is like "slaking this slaking that" untill you see what an Azumarrill + Marowak fusion with thick Club, perfect IVs and EV training can do.

You can actually get an ice type! You can get spheal by completing a quest in the beach area where you give a pair of kids a beach ball.

A little thing you forgot about shedinja is it can also be fused with a steel type to become bug/steel and only be weak to fire type attacks (and immune to poison/sandstorm chip)

Volcarona + Aegislash, fire steel that always start in shield form, can learn magnetic rise and quiver dance, i sweep most of the frist game and postgame with that

Shedinja Fused with a dark type is literally one of the most powerful things. Wonder Gaurd makes it so outside of status moves like poison, or weather events, it only dies to fairy type moves.

Delcatty and Dusknoir with the ability normalize and move skill swap is almost immortal unless the opponent is faster and immediately does a instant kill move.
