  اپ کے اس پروگرام میں کسی بھی پڑھے لکھے انسان کے لئے زندگی کی اخری سانس تک سیکھنے کے لئے بہت کچھ ہے میری عمر 56 سال ہے لیکن پھر بھی میں نے اپ کا یہ پروگرام سیو کر لیا ہے تاکہ میری ائندہ زندگی میں بھی کام ا سکے کیونکہ پاکستان میں ایسے موضوعات پر کوئی بھی بندہ بات ہی نہیں کرتا اللہ رب العزت اپ کو جزائے خیر عطا فرمائے امین ثم امین 😍

  After spending nearly 14 years in one company, I witnessed firsthand how quickly things can change with a generational shift in leadership. As employees, we often dedicate our time, health, and even family life for the sake of the organization—only to realize that those sacrifices are rarely remembered in the long run.<br><br>I had the privilege of working closely with my 76-year-old CEO, who was not only my mentor but also someone who taught me how to handle pressure and navigate difficult situations in life. His guidance shaped much of who I am professionally. Unfortunately, when he passed away last year, the values and culture he had built seemed to fade, and the environment changed completely.<br><br>This experience taught me a hard but important lesson: if you start seeing clear signs from your organization that your values no longer align or your contributions are no longer appreciated, it’s best to prepare and move on quickly to a better opportunity.<br><br>Farhan Sb, you’re doing a great job with this podcast—your discussion truly reflects the voice of many people who have lived through similar workplace challenges.

  In 2016 i joined new job but within one month i resigned as frequency with immediate boss was problem and culture was less professional so i felt stress and put resign which relieve me although resigned without job and three kids were school going but Al hamdolillah felt much relax during that couple of month searching with only trust to Allah
