There are 4 main problems: <br>1. No proper career counselling for children and students . <br>2. Universities/colleges focusing on their business and ratta system then practical skills .<br>3. Stigma in our society / parental / peer pressure .<br>4. Few industries to cater degree holders .

The entire pipeline is built on selling an illusion of success rather than actual job readiness. Those "Marks & Merit Boards" at the gates of academies and colleges are just billboard ads selling parents a outdated dream.<br>We are trapped in a system where schools profit off enrollments, parents chase social status, and students waste 4 years learning things AI or a 3-month course could teach better. Until we stop treating degrees like luxury items and start prioritizing market-driven skills, parents will keep spending their life savings on useless pieces of paper.

Thoughts full discussion. I got many ideas out of your Vlog. I will surely share my ideas with youngsters residing in my vicinity around me, my relatives and friends. This is a wonderful and futuristic discussion. Please keep it up and target the generation which will drive the country in the days to come. Frustration is getting enhanced in the younger generation day by day with alarming speed. Please direct your programmes in this line with giving clear information and directions to enable the parents admitting their children in technical institutes for education. This may prove a great source of reducing unemployment in youths in future. <br>Thanks and regards.
