can't wait to watch this over the course of either 3 months or 1.5 hours with literally no leeway in between

56:30 Raphael is written as that type of character that aurafarms so much that he has genuinely forgotten how to stop doing it

To be fair to Larian not all Patrons are as involved in the lives of the Warlock as Mizora, hell the description of Great Old One says your Patron might not know you exist.

Only 3 hours? A little too brief but any amount of Ratat is the sign of a good day

On the topic of the durge being the true intended playthrough over tav, I honestly think the choice between the two mainly exists for the sake of multiplayer. As they dont want to force 3/4ths of the party to have to pick normal party characters but also dont want 4 durges running around because it just wouldnt work for the story

2:00:40 The Durge was made from whole cloth by Bhaal; it's why their urge is so strong in comparison to the other PC'S

You are right that had i not become obsessed with the game and over-studied it online I may never have known that the Dark Urge was customizable. The game almost requires study to fully enjoy but can also be easily spoiled with so much online content. I had no idea for thousands of hours about some dialogue scenes and only recently heard one after 5,000 hours. There are still some endings Ive never seen. The content is all hand-crafted but seemingly infinite. Amazing game!
