I live in Texas, and the Texas Roadhouse near where I live is packed full of people all day. Even at like 3pm the place is full of people. I think it is because of the consistency of their food and their service. When you go there, you always can depend on it being a good experience.

Prior to 2020, Texas Roadhouse was one of the places where you got peanuts from barrels and threw the shells on the floor. It was novel, but to be honest, not walking on peanut shells is kinda nice.

I remember my mom was kinda annoyed when they turn up the music and start yelling, dancing and singing. The waitress let us in on a secret, apparently they do that mainly to get people out the door that has finished and paid for their meals. Good way to clear tables.
