  This is the ‘reality tv’ that I crave! Nina you’re a consummate professional opening the doors to a world plebs like me never see. I’ve never been on a yacht and likely never will, but I love to see it through your perspective! My favourite breakfast would be a full English, door step toast and a mug of tea! Rather ‘low brow’ but filling!

  For anyone who has ever worked in food service / hospitality on a professional level this video is so amazing only a true chef would be so excited the day that new provisions are being brought onboard. Working on a Luxury Super Yacht is an adventure in itself. You have to be top level to pull off these amazing meals tirelessly 7 days a week. Nina you Sean and the other crew members work like a well oiled machine. While traveling around parts of the world most of us will never see. Three thumbs up!

  Unbelievable, how calm, organized, and clean everything is. Your food is simplistic and wonderful. You’re just fabulous. I wish I had a lot of money. I’d help you open a restaurant and have you cook for me every day after watching below deck it makes them look like a joke. You’re totally chill and calm. Those other chefs are crazy.

  Between you and Sean I am amazed at the speed and efficiency.. as an amateur cook(will never call myself a chef) I am in awe of your kitchen and the breads you make .  Kudos to you both be cool from Cape Town

  Breakfast order: brown butter & brown sugar crusted waffle, with macerated berries and Chantilly cream. Obviously some poached eggs on a smashed lemon avocado toast as well!
