Thank you for this information! As always, the true story is way worse than you think (or what you are allowed to say on Youtube): Borax, with a toxicity of that of table-salt (NaCl), is forbidden to sell to ordinary people in the EU. The excuse is that, at extremely high doses, they have found fertility problems in mice. The real excuse is of course lobbying by the industry, that wants cheap and effective competition off the market, and socialists wanting ordinary people to not be able to manage their own property.
