Hey everyone! Youtube is no longer allowing audiobook narrators like me to be in the YouTube Partnership Program, so I'm not receiving any money from the ads on this video. If you want to see more videos like this, I would be so thankful if you considered supporting the channel through these links: buymeacoffee.com/Nolanreads
Patreon.com/Nolanreads

I’m only 12 minutes in but Alice is such an interesting character. An intelligent little girl who gives herself good advice and even scolds herself for cheating in games she plays against herself. Shes independent and imaginative, makes me feel nostalgic for days I’d come up with adventures to play with my friends when I was younger.

I don't know about you guys but listening to how the different animals and other characters in Wonderland talk and behave around Alice, it got me thinking that maybe Wonderland and its inhabitants are reflections of how weird and nonsencical the real world can be through a childs eyes.

I love how the dream only ends when Alice is attacked. Very accurate to real life dreams

It's actually incredible how pointless this book is. Every conversation leads to nothing. From the time Alice asks the Lorry how old it is, to the time the Mad Hatter asks "why is a raven like a writing desk" all the way to when Alice learns about lessons from the Mock Turtle. There are no proper conclusions. It's very interesting.

Oh my God Alice and the narrator are the same person. It clicked as soon as they said that she pretends to be two people and it all made sense when you look at how everything is worded and how the narrator seems to pity her and kind of condescend here and there
