I’m so happy Rushi got his work permit. It’s so unfair that he had to give up opportunities because of his residency status even though he grew up in the states. Hope he aces med school!

Not a brown person but I’m black, and man the community, environment, expectations and stages I can relate to. Love this documentary. So happy it exists!!<br>Definitely will be going to a DDN Legend competition next year. So cool.

As a Black woman in America this resonated in so many ways. Although I am not considered an immigrant: It relates to the many challenges still faced when trying to find identity: The chaos, cultural identity in spite of atrocities, parental pressures, societal pressures …” We all have injuries and at this point, we are just trying to do the best we can and not think about it, but it’s hard…. We’re looking at each other…of course this is happening to US”. No matter the odds. People are still cheering you on. You did that Hasan Minhaj and the others who created this documentary! I spent 3 hours of my life watching a documentary about ‘dance’ and I do not need a refund for my time•

I’ll be honest, I tuned in just to add to the view count. But, about 10 minutes in and I was hooked. This was so beautifully made and the dancers are not only extraordinary athletes but, lovely people. I am rooting for all of them!! Wow, Hasan, congratulations!!
