  I’m not certain if I’m remote viewing, I dream every time, which I now use this every night, I use this. Every dream is a lucid dream and every dream is connected. The environment is all connected and familiar in some manner. Another dimension perhaps. I’ve started writing everything down. In all my 75 years, this is the most interesting experience I’ve even had, and I’ve had many. It’s also affected my waking moments.

  I started listening to this at work because I had to do a really boring task that I couldn&apos;t stay focused on for a couple of weeks and the deadline is coming...this track helped me finish the most tedious part of it in one day. I have this sense of calm focused flow when I&apos;m listening. I&apos;m shocked. I almost feel like zoned in to be productive but without rushing, without mistakes, just well thought out methodical decisions. I also stopped mindlessly eating out of frustration 😮 I&apos;m floored. <br><br>I&apos;m writing this comment and listening so I can continue my pursuit of getting things I normally hate done without dreaded frustration. I&apos;ll try meditating with it too, but the calm focus and the lack of junk food cravings has me hooked. <br><br>Thank you SO MUCH! ❤❤😊

  Great upload and so helpful in my journey.. thanks for this. In return as a show of appreciation If anyone is having difficulty manifesting what you want, or you feel stuck try a few of these suggestions and watch what happens. It worked for me and I know it can work for you. all you have to do is..... &nbsp; &nbsp;Interrupt your routine in life for 14 Days.<br><br>1. Use your opposite hand to brush your teeth for 14 days.<br>2. Write your affirmation with your weaker hand 3 times for 30 days.<br>3. Drive or walk the long way home.<br>4. Look into the sun for one or two seconds for 14 days.<br>5. &nbsp;Find three ways to Practice Gratitude daily for 14 days. Example Give Complements, give love to people.<br>6. Next time you are in a crowded room, mentally tell everyone in the room you love them, one by one.<br>7. Have a small &quot;Night Card&quot; with several power statements you read, on top of your pillow.<br>8. Set 3 different alarms on your phone every 3 hours.<br>9. Find someone, even online and encourage them.<br>10. &nbsp;Play an 8 hour subliminal and or binaural beets subconscious audio while sleep and during the day on a spare device.<br><br>Tell me how you feel after implementing a few of the above suggestions. <br>Good Luck and I really LOVE you!...   On a certain level, we have hemi sync in our brain, the neurochemicals that show up in flow: so dopamine, norepinephrine, anandamide, endorphins, and serotonin. If you were to try to cocktail the street drug version of that, right, you&apos;re trying to blend like heroin and speed and coke and acid and weed- and point is, you can&apos;t do it. It turns out the brain can cocktail all of &apos;em at once, which is why people will prefer flow to almost any experience on Earth. It&apos;s our favorite experience. It&apos;s the most addictive experience on Earth. Why? &apos;Cause it cocktails five or six of the largest pleasure drugs the brain can produce. We&apos;re all capable of so much more than we know. That is a commonality across the board. And one of the big reasons is we&apos;re all hardwired for flow, and flow is a massive amplification of what&apos;s possible for ourselves.

  Robert Monroe invented this. I recommend everyone read all three of his books that he wrote researching his astral travels. I read them 30 years ago and it’s always great to re-read. There are useful nuggets of info one tends to forget.

  Had to read the comments to see if it was just me..., it was not! This track is &quot;hemi-sync alicious&quot;😂! 2 nights ago, I listened for the 1st time and got locked in a dream of such intensity that, being aware that I was dreaming, I screamed out loud and jumped out of it! And promptly forgot every bit of it. Until I lay back down! Instant sleep and back into the same dream! It took a second to realize it and I leaped out the dream again! Whatever was happening in there,I was not having it!😅 After my third attempt at sleep, I found peace. Dreamy vividness! Wow! I just awoke from last night&apos;s go at it, and as i write, am still listening. My brain is a soup of endorphins and dopamine and whatever good stuff gets brewed up there. I don&apos;t want to take my earbuds out because, even this early in the morning the world doesn&apos;t sound like this!

  This is the TRUTH &nbsp; I MEDITATED TO THIS FOR 15 mins. And y’all I cleaned up my kitchen did my husband’s clothes it was like I was tuned in to cleaning up and focusing. And my back and energy level was low. Until I heard this. It’s awesome I give it a high 5. &nbsp;And now I’m fixing to take a shower and listen to it while I wash. Then I’m Meditate with it before I lay down. Thank u so much my sister. &nbsp;One love 💚 remember who u are. &nbsp;Iam that I am. &nbsp;Say it during meditation 🧘‍♀️

  This was by far the most powerful hemi-sync experience I&apos;ve ever had, including my early successes with GWE--so powerful in fact that the imagery and experiences were happening nearly right off the rip, my body being sunk into the tingling paralysis faster, but also more gently, than I&apos;ve ever experienced. I had to kick out experiences more times I could count because of how fast everything was happening, and in a good many of the experiences, because of how uncomfortable they made me with the things and the beings I was seeing. I immediately began to wonder if some of it wasn&apos;t just dreams, except that I&apos;ve only ever lucid dreamed once in my life so this experience would&apos;ve somehow allowed me to stay fully cognizant over a dozen times consecutively, which I find hard to believe. This was one intense trip.
