  Just finished reading Hidden Astral Projection Techniques on Shirlest, and I can’t believe the amount of detail included. I never thought I would experience astral projection, but here I am, fully immersed in the experience.

  The cia declassified documents on astral travel are as follows: breathe in, imagine your breath as thousands of tiny golden shooing stars. Imagine these collecting at the base of your spine, at your tailbone. See these growing as a ball of light. Relax your body, toe to head, bit by bit, see it, in your first eye, say, i am relaxed, feel it melt into your bed, and go numb. Make it all the way to your forehead. Feel pressure. Feel yourself coming through your forehead. Remember in your travels, there is a soul cord that ties you to your body. If at any point you need to evacuate home, just fall. You’ll fall right into your body. Freaky at first, but you get used to it. I also put myself in a hall of doors when I want to go specific places. I imagine the place and open the door. If you want to do past life regression, imagine a room of mirrors. Safe travels you beautiful souls 🫶

  I’ve been Astro projecting ever since I was a young boy- I’ve been able to use a state of mind to almost feel myself leave my body and travel deeply into a different type of sleep I can’t describe.. I focus by closing my eyes and then imagining there is a third eye almost between my eyes… focusing on blackness while relaxing- slowly feeling the black in front of me surround me.. which feels almost like your floating in a ocean of pure blackness… slowly relaxing into this blackness I let myself almost move forward the the blackness stage to where you find a stage where you see shapes and different colours flashing around you softly.. from here I find as if I’m no longer in the present world but in a dimension with no limits- time isn’t moving ( it feels like your moving threw time rather than existing in time)- so hard to explain- from here your into a different world of dreaming what you experience is the most real out of body experience you will have.. it’s amazing

  Oh wow. So I thought i was awake, thought i woke up, was laying on my stomach and i went to get up. I pushed my hands down on the bed too push myself up, and i realized i was asleep!!! I really woke up then and threw my headphones like WTF!!! That was crazy
