I worked at every studio in LA in production on network shows for 16 years. So many shows were forced to hired uneducated, unqualified, untalented writers,producers and actors because relatives were executives at the studios and networks. It was sickening.

I went to a "rookie teacher of the year" award ceremony that my wife competed in and the nepotism was fucking shameless. The winner couldnt be any more obvious. Her dad was a career long teacher in the district. She had been to every school in the district. She was basically raised to bea teacher. Mind you I was fed this info before the actual ceremony started. The whole thing was for this 1 nepo public school teacher and it was so shameless, I was pissed to even be there.
