  Well done for doing 30 years in the Met mate. I managed 3 years and had to leave as it was just too depressing. You are a special guy and the country couldn&apos;t function without your dedication and effort. Thanks for being honest in this video too.

  That interview was really fascinating. What stood out to me was how modest he was, using his integrity as a verb.<br><br>I&apos;m grateful for all the people who put so much effort into a job that&apos;s essential to humanities wellbeing, but must be really tough on the mind, body and spirit.

  For me this so much more interesting than documentaries about such things. The guy is just telling it like it is. No sensationalism.

  The &quot;planning the perfect murder&quot; guys are always my favorite. &nbsp;And they&apos;re never as smart as they think they are. &nbsp;The phone one is one of my favorites. &nbsp;And not just leaving it at home. &nbsp;A lot of these guys will turn their phones off when they&apos;re doing the crime or disposing of evidence. &nbsp;Dude, I&apos;d bet money you haven&apos;t powered your phone off in years. &nbsp;You did it Tuesday? &nbsp;The day your wife went missing? &nbsp;Lol. &nbsp;And when you turned it back on, you sent a bunch of texts to your wife, to see how her morning was going. &nbsp;&quot;Hey babe, did you get the kids off to school ok, call me later, love you!&quot; &nbsp;Which apparently you&apos;ve never done on any other morning, ever. &nbsp;Oh, and before calling the police, you went and got your car detailed. &nbsp;&quot;She must&apos;ve run off and left me, look all her clothes are gone!&quot; &nbsp;And her contact lenses are still next to the bathroom sink. &nbsp;For all you guys out there thinking you can get away with this, you can&apos;t. &nbsp;There is ZERO chance you&apos;re not going to make at least 5 mistakes. &nbsp;Just man up, get a divorce, move on.
