  I am also an ICU Nurse and a man in a predominantly female profession. Before that, I was also a chef in the Navy, serving in the Vietnam War during the TET offensive in the 1960s and 70s. I can say that the life I lived in those days wasn't so glorious, but I am proud to say that the experiences I learned cannot be bought, and I am forever grateful. With that said, I live a very comfortable life now with my wife of 56 years in our 80s, and I am enjoying it.😊

  I was going to say YURI the reason you’re sleeping better is because you are eating healthier foods and yes you are a lot happier now than when I first saw your video all that time ago. Just go slow and take it easy no rush things will fall into place. Wishing you all the best

  I live alone too. I completely understand what it&apos;s like. &nbsp;Wanting to sit down for 5 minutes and then 30 minutes have passed. Time is just different for us!! I put my ice cream and mils away before I sit down.

  I’m a nurse for 30 years - finding a work life balance is very difficult. I am all days and in psychiatry which helps. Maybe when you have rested you could try a different kind of nursing? Like outpatient post anesthesia care or long term care or psychiatry? You have so much kindness in your face and I’m sure you are a talented healer.
