  Gotta love how the officers were acknowledging that he was doing better and were more concerned about his health and safety than the fact that he was doing something messy

  I was addicted to opiates and heroin for 8 years, when I found out my girl was pregnant, i got clean. I made a promise to myself my daughter would never see me like that. She&apos;s 8 years old as of last month. Its not the kids fault they were brought into this world. And they have no control over how or who raises them.

  Massive props to the offices giving the little girl a gift. I am 35 years old and I still have a teddy bear that an office gave be when I was like 3 or 4. I will never get rid of it. We need more officers like this!

  I teared up when I heard the officers talking to that baby. She doesn&apos;t deserve this and I hope her dad gets clean

  I’m almost 40 now but when I was 5 my dad shot my mom and I remember the officers went in their trunk and got a big teddy bear out for me to hug. I’ll never forget that. It’s so small but yes it does help so much when you’re a child and you’re so scared and sad.

  As a doctor this breaks my heart. One week I lost 13 patients from a bad batch. I still struggle with that week. One of my patient’s mother went home and had a heart attack and died once we removed her son from life support. Worst week of my career for sure.
