Shakera is very good at this, both being a police officer and talking to the camera.

These episodes are very good. Reminds me of the old Met Policing London show on BBC1

Good on them for arresting that woman's son. He needs a short sharp shock that this kind of behaviour is not tolerated in our society. It's better to sort him out now than it is to allow him to potentially go on to harm someone or damage someone else's property. This isn't just tackling crime, this is how crime is prevented. If someone, my family member or not, smashed up my home, this is exactly what they could expect. Mental health is not an excuse either. I have Autism and I have struggled with my mental health all my life, but I don't go around doing things like this. I have zero criminal record, never been in trouble with the police. I prefer to live on the right side of the law and the right side of others. I'd much rather help someone than do something like this. This young lad has got to learn to deal with his emotions and channel that anger of his into something creative or constructive.

Excellent work guys! Thank you for keeping us safe. Shakira is a credit to the uniform - these officers see the very worst of humanity and then go home to their families at the end of the shift. Respect.

I had no idea people could do a ride along with the police. I feel relieved I have a good relationship with my family
