  I am a construction engineer and the fact that this building took 5 years to collapse is insane. It shouldn&apos;t have been phisically possible for it to not crumble to dust a couple months in.

  at least the city took it as a warning sign and looked into all the other unsafe buildings. probably saved thousands more lives in the long run
