  So, the reason there is Drop order, is that the Clans have a system called bidding. Basically, they bet they can take an objective with LESS troops and weapons than the others. Smoke Jaguar bid the LEAST troops, so they get the Honor of going first. Clan Wolf went LAST because they said &quot;Nah, fuck that, we&apos;re bringing everyone. Hold nothing back&quot; This is also why they were the ONLY Clan who succeeded in taking BOTH of their Objective cities.

  Fun part with this is that while Comstar is trying to stop the Clans and do everything in their power to save the Inner Sphere, they quite literally simultaneously tried launching partial coups against pretty much every major Inner Sphere power. &nbsp;It was stopped because the person who planned it was an idiot, didn’t have remotely near enough military forces to pull it off (because they were on Tukayyid), and pretty much no major power trusted Comstar anyway, and when Focht found out about it, he made his objections known at high velocity when the person was walking away from him, so to speak.<br><br>Damage done though.
