2:56 "I can take it, my body is a machine" something tells me Raiden's never seen what happens when you put electronics in a microwave.

"I am lightning, the Rain Transformed."

Not only is that line absolutely baller, but the fact that the Outer Haven's Troopers started to backpedal means that they were afraid to confront an armless Raiden...

Outer Haven's guarded by Frog Troopers, who have Nanomachines SUPPRESSING THEIR EMOTIONS. Raiden is such a badass that he put the fear of HIM back into those soldiers.

Kojima loves cutscenes so much he made us watch two at the same time

Raiden gets stabbed like 8 times and still has the energy to crawl to his sword. What a legend.
Snake also basically gets cooked alive, is at 0.1% HP and can still use a gun. Also a legend.

So if it wasn’t for Old Snake, we wouldn’t have gotten Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. Fucking Legend.

The tension of Raiden staying behind is a bit lessened by the knowledge that he survived to judo throw a Metal Gear...
TWICE

Sunny finally making perfect eggs is one of the most emotional scenes in the game.

I love how even though snake is on the floor, writhing in agony, the soldiers still approach carefully

As though they know WHO THE HELL that is in front of them

Gotta love that the last two Frog troopers allowed Snake to have a heart-to-heart with Raider about how he has a life to go back to and that it should be him who must go through a hall of microwaves

I got so emotional and focused in this scene that my thumb started cramping up like hell just by rapidly pressing triangle. Really makes you feel what Snake is going through.

Oh man, why can't we get Raiden with that Leather Coat in Revengeance as a costume option, he looks cooler in this scene honestly
