  Hello<br>There was a little hum in the speakers when both RCA were pluged in. I followed the tip of a user in the comments of the main test video. Isolate the pcb ground traces in the inner chassis. You need only to isolate the two screws of each chanel board looking to the front. &nbsp;And then the amp is absolutely quiet! &nbsp;Wow!

  First of all I would suggest to:<br>1) connect you speaker cable to upper HF terminals on speaker (opens up highs and stage) because those jumper plates are trash. Or connect speaker terminals with copper.<br>2) remove plastic cap from midrange drivers. Secure foam with iso tape. <br>Result a level up wharfies 4.2+ you will love straight after - more.

  Thank you for taking the time. I&apos;ve a pair of these EVO 4.2&apos;s running with my old audiolab 8000a. Fantastic sound with bass as good as many larger speakers, that still manage to sound brilliant, even when against a wall, a rare trick, probably result of &nbsp;the slotted bass port and curved cabinet. Midrange is also very good, at the price. I might get around to a mod alright. Having just a little more air / high end wouldn&apos;t hurt. I think the AMT tweeter suffers from lack of vertical despersion so this would be a welcome mod as the treble sounds muted unless you&apos;re listening right in line. Aside getting rid of the cheap electrolytic caps I reckon the iron core inductor would be an interesting candidate for upgrading too.<br>Would be good to see a small diagram of the job to refer to.

  Ja w swoich wyjąłem wszystkie gąbki wytłumiające i włożyłem tylko po jednej z powrotem do każdej z kolumn. Góra odzyskana i grają pięknie. Pozdrawiam

  You have to change all the resistors and inductors as well as all the cheap caps to fully realize the potential of that speaker. It’s a great speaker. 👍👍
