  Depending on the state they are in, the husband could take Roiden to court for alienation of affection some cases resulting in awards as high as $30 million or as low as $1 if it can be proven that the marriage was 100% affection-less. That would include them sleeping in separate beds and not showing any intimacy for a certain period of time. If affection is shown even once during that time, then the marriage can&apos;t be considered there being no affection. My sister sued her husband’s AP after the divorce and won because he was intimate with her once a month to cover his affair. The judge determined that even though it wasn&apos;t performed as love it was performed as intimacy and therefore she won the case. The AP was ordered to pay my sister $10.000. The AP sued her now ex-husband and was awarded $5,000 from him, which she paid to my sister. My ex-BIL was pissed because he felt he was paying twice for the same thing.

  I would have recorded every call from my soon-to-be ex-wife.I record every call I receive and let the caller know so they can either continue or hang up. I even record calls from family members, and if you knew my family, you&apos;d know why. Most callers continue the call, usually, only the scammers hang up.

  WOW! What an exciting story!<br>Man&apos;s wife is cheating so he contacts his lawyer, obtains an independent review of assets, and reaches an equitable distribution of said assets and the divorce petition is uncontested. <br>I was on the edge of my seat when he decides to follow his lawyer&apos;s advice to avoid contact and solely communicate through her office. Mind-blowing stuff.
