  Someone had to fill the magic cave with all those guns. If Krazoa can bring Andross back to life and teleport sharpclaw into the trials, why not provide Fox with some extra firepower?

  I think Aparoids somehow contain the Krazoas like a Ghostbusters kind of containment without destroying the planet, but that is my guess how the Aparoids attacked Sauria without Krazoa intervention.

  I like to think the spellstones removal is what triggers Sauria&apos;s shattering, and the power of the Krazoa is required to restore the shattered planet. Kinda like a spring-loaded lock, the spirits can pull the planetary pieces in, but the spellstones actually lock the pieces in place allowing the spirits to relocate from the palace to their shrines… Perhaps the spirits, if they sense whatever danger has passed, are able to return to the palace from the shrine on their own? But the spellstones being gone and planet shattered would be too large a crisis and thus the spirits remained hidden in their shrines and required a pure soul to escort them safely to the palace?? Like malacious compliance levels of incompetence being displayed by these spirits XD<br>In any case, the Aparoids attack, Spirits hide in their Shrines, and the Spellstones are still in the Force Point Temples keeping the planet together? Heck, even if the spirits still require an escort back, once the Aparoids are fended off, Starfox heads out, I&apos;d like to think Tricky and Kyte are more than capable of round up a few loose spirits.

  I never played Assault, but &nbsp;based on the summary you gave, I feel like the Krazoa were the onnees that contacteed Krysal. Maybe they thought Krystal could come back if she could feel the planet&apos;s suffering. Idk if she normally feels things like that in the void of space throughout Assault, but if not then that might be a possible eplanation. Though, that doesn&apos;t meann we know what they were doing besides that during the invasion.

  I would assume that the Krazoa Spirits were powered by the faith from Sauria&apos;s population. And since the Aparoids took the planet easily and quickly, I would assume the decimation of said population has weakened the Spirits to the point they can&apos;t help them.

  RIP the sharpclaw tribe 😞 &nbsp;and probably most of the Cloudrunners. <br>My take is that since they can&apos;t do anything directly against the aparoids, they were the ones that contacted Krystal, possibly lead by Tricky while the Cloudrunners and sharpclaw &nbsp; fought the inicial invation. Also this might sound silly but they might have summoned those weapons for fox&apos;s use in the caves.<br>Aaaaand a little side note, the Aparoids were not there to conquer the planet fully as a priority. So their attacks may have only be concentrated on these areas.

  Probably trying to keep Sauria from collapsing when the Aparoids showed up. Since the planet didn’t get totally screwed by the Aparoids, the Krazoa remained in their palace. Especially since the most the Aparoids did was attack Sauria as a distraction for Star Fox so they can attack Corneria. It was just a terror op, as opposed to what happened in Adventures which nearly destroyed the planet Sauria.

  I really wish Nintendo would just make a star fox game in the style and and gameplay of assault and Adventure. and not just repeat 64/2 again and again. also my guess the Krazoa managed to contain the aparoids to a smol portion of the planet but only barely and when star fox managed to get rid of the threat, the krazoa started to slowly heal the damaged dinos and planet.

  Before I get into my theory or possible explanation, I gotta mention that I don’t believe there will be a satisfying answer for this idea; sometimes in franchises like these, there cannot be conclusions that make the most sense or something because they fly in the face of everything that we know about the subject in question. It’s just how it is, and the likely Meta Reason is that Namco were probably limited in what they could use and reference in Star Fox: Assault, hence why Krystal’s staff wasn’t there despite being an easily acceptable weapon, why Prince Tricky was there but not his parents, why the level isn’t a 1-1 recreation of some other level in the game like Thorntail Hollow (which is what I always assumed it was since the game was redesigning everything from the ground up. Look at Corneria for example, no other version of Corneria exists like that).<br><br>But as for my canon fan theory: the first one is more simple in that there wasn’t much they could do to stop it, the Krazoa’s never came across as combat capable and seemed somewhat limited outside of the confines of the palace. I mean they couldn’t even properly go to Krazoa statues without needing the pure of heart hero (Fox, Krystal) to inhabit and enter; and the power to reunite the shattered planet of Sauria seems to be in both of the stones and the Krazoa, so maybe they were focusing more on trying to hold the planet together while the Dinosaurs of Sauria defend their homeworld until Star Fox came? <br><br>I doubt they would be doing anything off screen and I cannot imagine Sauria’s invasion being all that devastating since it was mainly just a distraction from the real invasion for Corneria later, so maybe they didn’t see it as a real threat? The Krazoa were never the most honest or necessarily trustworthy in the story, even showed they were willing to help Andross essentially be reborn through them and trick Fox into doing so which does happen in the game, so maybe they don’t care as much about the inhabitants of Sauria? Not all ancient gods in Mythology loved humanity after all; the Greek Gods themselves were indeed petty and cruel to humanity often using them as thralls for their entertainment, maybe the relationship between the Krazoa and the Dinosaurs of Sauria are more similar than we think? It would make sense and be more interesting to look at them like that.<br><br>The reason it makes sense is because despite the religious importance they seem to hold to the Dinosaurs of Sauria; there does seem to be a significant lack of reverence to them, they don’t have many temples or places of worship; only the Palace seems to be of significance for the Krazoa. The Dinosaurs of Sauria recognize the importance of the Krazoa but they don’t share the same reverence for their supposed gods as one might initially expect or assume. They certainly don’t rely on them for anything or pray and directly worship the Krazoa, in Ancient Greece for example: they did and even performed sacrifices depending on the gods the individual worshipped; but obviously such acts were treated as cult like and not done by the masses, offering tribute was seen as an alternative. Perhaps something terrible happened in Ancient Sauria that resulted in the relationship between the Dinosaurs of Sauria and the Krazoa which lead to them each going their own way, with the Krazoa interests purely being self sufficient only? <br><br>But hey, this is just me having fun with the idea.
