The most criminally underrated song in the history of rock music.

I miss LeRoi so much. He is one of the biggest reasons I am a musician. The way he played the woodwinds was unrivaled. He was just so full of the Holy Spirit. His ability to improvise in the most awesome ways blew my mind. I’ve been to 54 DMB live shows. I used to go to 12-13 summer tour shows per year. But I do not do that anymore. I’m not young anymore and I have 3 kids. I’m taking my 5 year old and my wife to Deer Creek 2026 Night #1 this year. It will be my wife’s 2nd DMB show, and it will be my 5 year old’s 1st DMB live show. I’m so excited ❤

Best version of the Stone ever put down by the boys. Don't at me.

Today is October 7, 2023. This is the Dave Matthews Band that I know. I miss the original five members. I find change very hard.

The secret weapon here is Butch taylor on keys. Creates a little cloud that fills in the gaps. 99/2000 was a great time to be a DMB fan!

1999... 20 years old, just really learning what DMB was. Nearly 46 now, still consider them amazing. Carter is my inspiration for drumming.

Everybody's sleeping on the bass on this song but it really rounds out the sound... beautiful

I was there in the “cheap” seats.  Flew out from Colorado in the morning, went to the show, slept in the Newark airport after and flew home at the crack of dawn.  Oh to be young again.  It was kind of a weird show with the audience being lit throughout.  I found that pretty distracting.  Still a great performance by the band and a great DMB memory.

Love this rendition of this song.  Amazing performances by all musicians but I have to say CB is the best drummer I’ve ever heard.  Dude can do anything.

One of my all time fav DMB songs along with Seek Up and #41. Listener Supported is one of their best albums as well.

This is my favorite Dmb recording of all time.  The Stone isn’t my favorite song of theirs, but this is perfection.
