  I deadass got my boyfriend because of Ultrakill.<br><br>When I started highschool, I didn’t have much to connect to most of my classmates with. There was only this one single fella who didn’t look like a normie, so I took my chances and started talking with him about our interests, and they actually ended up being very similar. You can guess what was both of our favorite game.<br>Fast forward a week or two and we have to pick the spots where we sit for the year and we decide to sit together cuz we’re the only people each of us really knows.<br>Now, quite a lot of time passes, but the things that happen during that are:<br>1. I made a new friend (different person) that I’d do basically everything school related with <br>2. I barely interacted with that guy I was sitting with (we never stopped sitting together in basic classes)<br>At the start of my 4th half-semester (just a thing in my country where each semester is made up of 2 half-semesters) we had to document a game of our choosing.<br>That “new friend” I’d usually do stuff with didn’t wanna group up with me this time, and a whole bunch of my acquaintances were just doing generic stuff like Minecraft.<br>I decided that I’d actually quite like to do mine on Ultrakill, and my friend sitting next to me being the obvious choice of partner to do it with.<br>A day or two later, we ended up having a blast making it. We knocked it out of the park regarding quality, too. Our little 2 man project was better then pretty much the rest of the stuff that our class produced.<br>After this experience, I felt bad about not interacting with him because his work on the project was amazing and he was just a great person that I misunderstood.<br>I started playing games with him at home, and then we’d do stuff together basically all the time.<br>This is the part you’re waiting for:<br>I started getting feelings for him<br>Not too long after I did, our class had to go to this camp for a week. And I spent every waking moment there with him. We had a lot of time to talk about our past and other deeper things about us so we learnt a lot about each other.<br>By the end of it, I was just about ready to tell him how I feel. So I confessed my feelings, and he reciprocated.<br><br>We’ve now been dating for nearly 2 years<br>Thank you for coming to my gay talk
