I really enjoyed how this story kept the emotional tension strong from beginning to end. The way the characters’ feelings and motivations were revealed little by little made the turning point much more impactful. The ending felt satisfying and gave the whole story a strong payoff. ❤🔥👏

This was one of the smartest HOA stories I've heard. The HOA thought they controlled the water, but the canal district had the real authority.

No, the HOA isn't claiming an independent water right, just the right to commandeer the water he's paying for to irrigate his hay field. Actually costing him more than the water, there's crop loss as well.

Ridiculous amount of round and round verbage, ignoring the simple fact the HOA DOES NOT control the water, the water district does. And the canal existed before the HOA and operated under a valid easement. 🙄
