  Hi judge Boyd. Watched a 13 year old video of you doing a speech to your commitment to bexar county & making sure  court run smooth and in a timely manner because not only the citizens deserve that so do police/inmates & family members.. I’m here to say watching you EVERY SINGLE DAY your HONOR.. you have held up your commitment to your community & to the rule of law. BLESS YOU

  As a criminal defense paralegal in California.....I love this Judge.  Not only does she give options that provide punishment (for those who don't know...following all the requirements of probation and programs is NOT an easy task) but she also gives people the chance to turn their life around when they have hit bottom.  Sometimes...that's all a person needs is that chance that no one else has ever given.  Will everyone be helped by these chances?  Of course not...but some will and THAT is something.  It's A LOT actually. You are an inspiration, Judge!!

  I’m new to Judge Stephanie Boyd.  I’v had a lot going on like the rest of the world. Both my parents have passed. And sometimes you just wanna hear your mom say “ it’s gonna be ok”. So I don’t have my mom hugging me sayings it’s gonna be ok. I’ll put my earphones in and Judge Boyd is my “it’s going to be ok”her calm demeanor is everything. Thank you Judge Boyd!

  Judge Boyd is a master at recalibrating, right before our eyes, always reaching for the most appropriate and salient message to send to the defendents. She is so well-informed. Each defendent seems to get a sentence or a course of treatment tailored to their specific circumstances. I am in awe of Judge Boyd!

  I love the fact Judge Boyd constantly quotes wisdom and life’s lessons that she has learned from her mother and grandmother…. It shows, that not only she actually listens, but that she also lives her life according to those lessons…. Texas is very lucky to have her!
