Judge Boyd didn't come back in afternoon so I'm assuming it was a trial she didn't want to show. For the 1st degree felony guy, the fact that he was a part of 2 crimes in the same day sealed his fate.

Plea deals should be abolished. Concurrent sentences should be abolished. If someone is found guilty, they should serve the proper amount of time for that offense. These people will never learn their lesson if they are given short terms based on plea deals and concurrent sentences. Our justice system is a joke.
