  My mind was blown when I first saw him a bit over a year ago....His dry/slightly naughty humor, his honesty, and him being pretty organic in the way he presents in that monotone; makes his videos very enjoyable!  I am glad you made a video reaction to his pasta making.  What a treat!  I love you and F.C.  Keep up the great work!!!

  Futurecanoe is as many said here a very down to earth guy , a fun fact about him is that he used to work in professional kitchen too, most likely a line cook if i recall correctly , and is a certified sommelier

  One of the biggest reason for his success aside from his personality is the fact it feels like the things we as normal people would do while cooking. Replacing some fancy ingredients with something we have in the fridge or using the leftovers

  I love how supportive you were of Nephew Canoe ❤ My favorite thing about his channel is that he doesn’t fall into the categories of youtubers that try to teach you to cook with no actual experience or self-obsessed chefs, he’s literally like a roommate that likes to cook and says “hey try it if you want to”.<br><br>He’s humble as hell, even when he makes beautiful dishes, he basically never openly celebrates his success 😂

  I love him because he never uses the right ingredients or he skips over steps. He just uses ingredients that he has at home (unless it’s necessary) so he’s really relatable that way and feels like you could do it

  This gives me the confidence to try and make fresh pasta. The worst that can happen is wasting a couple of eggs and a little flour.

  I love this guy, down to earth, explains what he has done and why, including mistakes... this is the type of channel to inspire people to give fresh pasta a go, and still cook those bits and bobs that are not perfect, but still pasta.<br>Loved your review Vincenzo :_VPlate:

  I really love that FutureCanoe just uses his natural speaking voice when making videos, even though some people find it very monotone or boring, it&apos;s so refreshing compared to the performative enthusiasm so many youtubers use.

  I think the most important part of FutureCanoe&apos;s videos is that he switches out stuff, experiments with different recipes and ingredients, which is the point of home cooking, I feel. Don&apos;t fret if you don&apos;t have the exact ingredients at home, see what you have that might do as a substitute. <br><br>Just don&apos;t do that with baking. Baking is a science. Cooking is an art.
