  I have crippling insomnia and generally take 4-5 hours to fall asleep, and wake up constantly throughout the night. After putting this video on two nights ago, I fell asleep within 5 minutes and slept until my alarm went off. Then I fell asleep within 5 minutes the next day and slept the whole night, and also fell asleep within 10 minutes when I decided to take a nap, even though naps are normally impossible for me. I don&apos;t know wtf you&apos;re putting in these videos to make them more effective than the 9000 other methods I&apos;ve tried, but you&apos;re literally my goat. <br><br>I&apos;ve been sleep deprived for a decade and thought I&apos;d never sleep 9 hours two days in a row without being horrifically sleep deprived and exhausted. Even if this was a 3 hit wonder and it never works again (which I doubt bc of how effective it&apos;s been), I&apos;m actually overjoyed at getting to finally sleep well without needing prescription medication or alcohol!! Thank you for making these videos bc they&apos;re the best sleep aids I&apos;ve ever tried! Your tone of voice/volume/speed is like the perfect levels of unobtrusive, calming, and consistent, and the theories themselves are explained in a way that&apos;s somehow engaging enough to not be boring, without making my brain stay awake to keep listening. Which is also great, because I&apos;ve played this video 3 times beginning to end, and only remember about 5 minutes of it, so it seems like I&apos;ll be able to fall asleep to it for an entire month without actually hearing the whole thing LOL

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_JMQVEyFL0&amp;t=128">2:08</a> Whoever thinks that didn&apos;t pay much attention to the game, it&apos;s shown through various means and several times that Alduin has abandoned his job as the world eater(losing most of his power) to instead subjugate the world. When you defeat Alduin at the end his soul is the one dragon soul that is not absorbed because it returns to it&apos;s place as part of Akatosh to be purified and one day return in true form as the world eater.

  This is really wonderful. The layout is incredible. The tone of your voice is exactly where it needs to be, not a whisper but softer than typical speech. Just right. There&apos;s no harsh line between theories to where I feel like I have to start paying attention again. It just all flows one to the other. Great work

  True, Alduin was sent to End this era, *But*, he changed and *Instead of doing his Duty, he decided to Dominate the world instead. Akatosh enabled the DB to Stop Alduin so he can start again later, hopefully right that time.

  First video<br> Just subbed<br> &nbsp;Horrible insomniac here and can&apos;t medicate because of the work I do. Always takes too long to recover from any scrip strong enough to make me sleep decently. This vid put me out 3x last night and I must&apos;ve gotten 5 hours total, which is a damn fine night of sleepy for me
