How your mate acted when the occy came near him is me all over. Got one at gnaraloo a few years ago too scared to bring it on the deck and put it on the marlin board, got angry took my line under the hull and just sat there😂

Great stuff, worst Gill rake i got was from a large Cobia ! Fishing of West side of Dirk Harthog, Turtle Bay. At first, we thought they were sharks following the Mantas, they were that big. Suffice to say in the excitement of landing one about a meter long, I picked it up for the photo hand's in gills ....oops. Back then if I didn't have a Silstar gimbal and gorilla hooks, you weren't taking it seriously

how deep do you start trolling? I can't believe the size of sharks you get up on that tackle. I had a chat with you at the boatshow, and you gave some advice on pinkies. Unfortunately as soon as the closure hit, we started catching heaps of pinkies and dhuies on the three mile.
