  I&apos;m of the opinion that earth is the ghetto of the galaxy, where traveling aliens wind their windows up and try not to make eye contact when they pass by.

  I don&apos;t know if it&apos;s wise for us to be looking for other forms of life. Especially when we are not even able to get along with each other, with ourselves.

  So far, I&apos;ve seen a bunch of YouTube videos titled &quot;What If We&apos;re Contacted by Aliens?&quot; but not one of them actually focuses on that specific question.

  Anyone remember the 1951 film &apos;The Day The Earth stood still&apos; ? &nbsp;In the last scene, Klatu told the world leaders, &quot;I am not here to help you resolve your petty problems. &nbsp;I am an envoy, I am here to give you a message. &nbsp;Do not come out here, and bring your aggression. &nbsp;We will turn your planet into a burning cinder.&quot; &nbsp;I find that old film to be very prophetic.
