I was a kid when I went to see the ’68 film. I couldn’t understand the “surprise” ending. I asked my dad, “How did he not know he was on earth?? The monkeys have been talking English through the whole movie!”

Love how in conquest the humans are like “we must prevent the ape future, but like guys we need pets so let’s do the chimp pet idea anyway”

The amount of homage that the reboot gave to the "orginal" films is actually crazy

You know what always bothered me about the ALZ-12 story... giving a person with severe Alzheimer's another 8 YEARS of lucidity, memory and life is considered a fail? WHAT? That is a monumental breakthrough and could easily be marketed as a viable treatment as long as expectations were set properly with family and loved ones of people suffering from the disease that they would eventually revert but to not give up hope because research is still ongoing. It's so wild when movies do this.

Funny, the reason Koba gave to wanting to go to war with humans was because Ash got shot by a human, only for Koba to kill Ash anyways. It was never about the well being of other apes, it was about his own selfish goal to kill humans for what they did to him.

They figured out time travel exists and never bother to research why it works. If the timeline really branches like they theorized, then they could have had an infinite number of untouched virgin Earths to spread across. Instead they doubled down on those most human of qualities, greed, laziness, hostility.

I love how all the movies are just telling the story of how history can't be changed and will just repeat itself.

I love how in the 60s an astronaut can just light up a stogie mid space flight 😂😂

Welcome my youtube shorts brothers, glad we can come together after watching random clips of the movies and begin to fully appreciate the timeline.
