  I love this type of sparring. No one is getting hurt, and you learn to move, adapt, counter, everything needed to become a better fighter. Why can&apos;t all gyms be like this. Awesome video Jeff. Thanks for sharing with us

  His timing is absurd. He&apos;s shorter than you but manages to lean back away from your punches and immediately return a punch without even moving his feet

  These Thai fighters are unbelievable. Seeing them in real life is an experience, their entire lives revolve around Muay Thai. If you&apos;re lucky enough to get a chance to train in Thailand with these dudes you need to take the opportunity immediately
