  Judging Vegas solely on the Strip is like judging New Orleans for Bourbon Street or Nashville for Lower Broadway. Locals don't go there, so you're trashing a city based on the behavior of its dumbest tourists.

  San Francisco resident here. Despite having homeless and crime in Downtown district and Tenderloin district, residential western side of the city is quiet and pretty safe.

  My father, who had traveled the World, said to me, "In every country if you say "Good morning" then 80 to 90% of people will say, "Good morning" right back. He also said that "If you're looking for jerks you'll find them too."

  Lived in Chicago for 6 years, most of the city is NOT dangerous. You learn where to not go, and it's not that many places. Most people are friendly, welcoming and there is a hell of a lot to do. Really liked my time there, except for the traffic.

  This was a great video. Unusual perspective. Most of the places you cover are painted as hellholes on the internet. This helps people from being blackpilled and hopeless. Thanks!

  To any US residents praising or complaining about the weather, be thankful you are in the US where you have a choice of climates especially in the winter.  Here in Canada, there's isn't much choice for climates especially in the winter.  You're either in a wet fridge (west coast), or a snowy freezer (the rest of the country)!

  Lived in Chicago from 1972 til 1997, would move back in a heartbeat, Still love the place. It is a whole bunch of neighborhoods, each like a separate village. And it is the friendliest city, on the whole. And the FOOD! Finally found a place where I live now that makes decent deep dish pizza, had it for dinner tonight.
