  I am 70. My Italian mother always told me. A woman will come to YOU by their actions. Sit back, wait, and they will come to you. AND don’t give them your “good” stuff. They will SHOW you what and who they are. 100% true.

  The only way to keep a woman is to be confident in yourself and be willing to walk away if she doesn&apos;t act the way you expect her to behave. Women want to feel safe and secure. Therefore you have to display a certain level of certainty and commitment or she will not feel safe with you. You don&apos;t have to play mind games. All you have to do is have the balls to leave her if she isn&apos;t acting right. She has to know that you are able get other women. This doesn&apos;t mean you cannot commit to her. It means you will stay with her as long as she meets your expectations.

  I think all of this can be boiled down to don&apos;t be a simp. Prioritize your health, physically and mentally, and at all times maintain a mindset of being ok if your woman bounced. If a women is the main course of your life instead of just the &quot;spice&quot;, you&apos;re gona starve.

  I used to do all this naturally until I got married at 29 years old. Even before I married I had several other women begging me not to do it, some of them even hotter and nicer than my now ex-wife. &nbsp;Turns out being married erased the previous behavior I had as a bachelor, because I committed to someone. Now at 40 I&apos;m rediscovering and learning with videos like this to do what I used (and not used) to do without even thinking. <br>A side note, texting and social media fucked up a lot of dynamics.<br>Thanks Casey.

  After a while away from the manosphere/red pill arena. I have come to realize that most of these topics and behaviors are simply the way normal, psychologically healthy individuals act.<br><br>Have healthy boundaries that you are not afraid to enforce. You can do this any way you please.<br><br>Do not be emotionally dependent on anyone or fall into the habitual pattern of engaging in codependent relationships.<br><br>Do not care about how others act, control and care about your own behavior.<br><br>Accept anything that happens to you. Be outcome independent.<br><br>There you have now arrived at the pinnacle of the red pill.<br><br>I hope this saves someone years of traveling through secondary ideas of relationship dynamics and realize the primary idea of a psychologically healthy human being.

  A very easy way to set yourself into this mindset and mood is to remember that she could leave you at any moment and not give a shit. I was with a girl for 11 years and it happened because she asked me to provide more than me working 70 hrs a week and making way more than minimum wage. Her mother was whispering shit into her ear all the time. Her mother is obese, single and old... I should have bailed much sooner.

  I don&apos;t know, I&apos;m thinking there are a lot of women who just want a sure thing and don&apos;t want the uncertainty. With certain women showing you don&apos;t really care is a fast track to getting dumped. There&apos;s a big difference between being indifferent and being a SIMP. &nbsp;I think a balance is required. Show you care, but also show you&apos;d be ready to walk if they don&apos;t treat you right.
