  Take this with a grain of salt.<br>Whilst all these methods are good to know....Be conscious of the fact sometimes you are up against experts. Just because you documented doesn&apos;t mean you are safe. It can be twisted that you are being argumentative. Documenting is helpful when there is a HR escalation or something legal in nature.<br>Sometimes you are against people a lot more powerful than you like senior managers. You might just need to learn your lesson and get out of the toxic workplace

  If everyone is busy on corporate politics, &nbsp;then the company will be lost whatever strategy they take it willnot work. Its all about culture. &nbsp;Some startsup grow very fast while some collapsed very fast. One of the main reason is office culture. &nbsp;No wounder why indian it sector just surviving not flourishing even in decades.

  I&apos;m starting a new job next month and I have already made my mind, I want to maintain friendly relationship with everyone but don&apos;t want any friends ... your coworkers are only your coworkers and the HR is there to save the company not the employee 😎

  Why so much of plotting and planning is done and wasting of resources and time just to bring down an employee? What an unfair corporate world. Making life miserable of someone makes some people happy apparently. Sad 😔

  Experienced all of it .While didn&apos;t really know such concepts or techniques really exist.<br><br>Some of these corporate players are so smart,they make it either feel unintentional or turn the incident upside down ,making you questioning your self worth or at times even making you think it was just concidental and not a planned act.<br><br>Thanks for giving some examples as well as quick ways to deal with it

  What a world we live in especially here in India 🇮🇳 where one has to make a video on how to survive while working on your hard earned bread n butter , whereas abroad nobody stoops that low to poke into someones honest services and making lives even more miserable !!!! I’ve experienced the same while I was working in India !!!! Most of them so called politicians are insecure inside boot lickers that won’t last a single punch if landed correctly outside that cubicle or glass offices but your manners keep them safe!!!!

  The Blame game is sooo real , Like as a fresher it is unbelievable how people go back on their words , and do a full 180 when their words are recorded somehow . You can&apos;t trust anybody blindly no matter how close they might feel
