A good support system/family is crucial. We need each other. 40+ hours of work and making low income makes spending quality time with our loved ones almost impossible. After a long day of work, you just want to crash and put crap on the table just to eat something. Our entire lifestyles are messed up. This isn’t how we’re supposed to live. We’re supposed to spend our best hours with our families not slaving away to make money to barely survive.

Interestingly, most S-tier interventions are negatively correlated with spending time working in an office in a sedentary position.

4:55 Why I love Arizona- no daylight savings & sunshine year round. Not great for easy gardening, but really good for getting sun & sleeping well if you go out at those sunrise & sunset times. Added bonus of absolutely stunning skies
